Refund & Return Policy

    • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@backroadrescue.org or by using the above form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

    • We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

    • Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

    • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
