Refund & Return Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@backroadrescue.org or by using the above form within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
